Next Generation cheese shares
My neighbors, Rolfe and Roger Klefstad, are producing organic cheese with their Next Generation Cheese Company. This incredibly creamy flavorful cheese is available direct to members at a discounted price. Much of the cheese is made with raw milk for higher digestibility and bioactivity.
One cheese share is two half-pound packages delivered every second week, eight deliveries over the course of a season. If this is not enough cheese for your family, just sign up for two shares! The varieties you will receive include Caribbean, garlic parsley, parsley, cilantro, plain Colby, and mild cheddar.
To subscribe, add $75 to your subscription check made out to North Creek Community Farm. Want two shares? Add $150 to your check and indicate two cheese shares on the subscription form.
